New Castle Career Center Celebrates Outstanding Students

The New Castle Career Center is celebrating students who were recognized as “Outstanding” in their career programs. While the Center was unable to host a formal awards ceremony, the instructors and administrators at the school still honor these students for their outstanding work in their designated career program.

The Student of the Year for the 2019-20 school year is Nick Lawson, Broadcasting. The Academic Excellence is being awarded to both Kortney Ridge and Kristen Wilcoxon, CAN program. The co-Leader for the Battlebots Team is Jarod Stevens, Engineering II. The Team Leader for the high school racing team is Justin Hummel, Engineering.
