Machine Trades

Machine Trades is a hands-on program. Algebra and geometry skills are heavily utilized in this program. Students in the machining program prepare for in-demand jobs in the manufacturing industry. Second-year students gain exposure to computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining and have the opportunity to complete internships with local companies. Students completing this program generally continue their education at the postsecondary level in 2 and 4-year degree programs or begin their careers in local machining businesses.
